Self-acceptance, Self-healing, Self-love (I will, I am, I must #OwnIt) is a course created with the three tenets of The Owned Project and promotes radical self-love and healing. It includes the use of daily meditation and mantras as well as meaningful ways to confront and forgive the past.

SMART Goals: The audience will be able to identify instances where forgiveness is needed in order to move forward in life.
The audience will learn to become kind and patient with the self.
The audience will adopt a mantra and use it in daily meditation and or journal writing to manifest the desired behavior and emotional responses.
